I'm a single mother of a teenage daughter who is trying to break free of me.
.... somehow, I don't think either of us will escape unscathed.
I enjoy road trips, hiking, scenic places, old abandoned places, cemeteries, cats, cooking, music, reading, and of course.. photography. Mostly, I take road trips and hike to scenic or old abandoned places to take photos of cemetaries, food, music events, books (OK that's a bit of a stretch) and cats. Yeah. That's my life in a nutshell.

I have been enjoying *Oregongirl's photos for some time now, and thinking, wow, this gal is everywhere. I saw many photos that were of places I also liked and photographed, and quite often it seemed like she must be right ahead or right behind me. Lots of her photos were better than mine, and I was striving to improve. Recently, I made a quick hit stop to catch the sunset here in Oregon, and a lady was there ahead of me and had a tripod set up. From the moment she approached my truck and said, "Are you Delina?" I knew I had met a friend from Flickr. Her infectious enthusiasm showed in meeting a fellow photographer, as much as it shows in her work with her pictures. I'm looking forward to knowing Jen better.
