Seeing as I'm coming on Flickr more often and have got myself a "Pro" account, I thought I'd leave a few nice words for some of the coolest Flickrers I've met... Kit's lovely photographs, in particular the wonderful shots taken with her lover "Mr. H", gave me the extra push I needed to challenge and expand my film photography horizons even more. They inspired me to get my very own Hasselblad 500 C/M. Needless to say, I fell in love with my Hassie at first sight, at first click, and can't imagine not having it as part of my camera arsenal. I discovered Kit's stream soon after I joined flickr, and was immediately impressed and amazed by her ability to turn something ordinary into something very, very beautiful. She has great eye for choosing her subjects and I especially love her way of capturing and presenting Hong Kong. Each of her photos presents a unique story, and many of them are reminiscent of fragments of everyday's life which I often overlooked the beauty within... See I don't believe in magic at all, I think it's all trash. But cool Kit, as I call her, has shown me magical, cinematic, and beautiful moments captured on film. Besides that, cool Kit has also shown me parts of Japan and Hong Kong that I'll probably never ever see even if I take a trip there. The feelings I've gotten while looking at all her film shots are strong enough to convince me to give my digital a break after 4 years and move on to shooting film. Even though I haven't met her in person yet, Kit seems like the kind of gal you can be friends with and hang out at a bar, have a drink, and talk about a whole lot of nonsense and can still have fun. Why do you think I refer to her as cool Kit? Duh!

It's simple to find her from interestingness photos, she has an extraordinary and gorgeous way to approach photography, she takes out from her cams always the best, and her shots are always breathtaking. She can make every "ordinary" stuff as unique through her eye. Beyond photography qualities, she's a wonderful girl, kind, helpful and happy to share her photo-passion with everyone.
