Hello and thanks for stopping by my photostream!

I have been a member of Flickr since 2007 and I love using this platform to share my work with the world! I hope you find my photos inspiring, humorous, and -- if nothing else -- colorful!

About My Photos:

Those who follow me know that I like to take the mystique out of creating a good photo and that I like to post entire photo series, so be sure to check the comments of my photos when I have "Photo Series" in the title!

A few popular photo series of mine include the wonderful (and very photogenic!) small town of Coudersport in north central Pennsylvania, a series of before and after photos of the amazing, modern-day ghost town of Centralia, Pennsylvania, and another Flickr account that I created for undergraduate Geology students so they could study rock and fossil samples from afar.

I am self-trained with my camera, which means that I'm constantly learning about new features and how to take better photos. I have learned so much from other photographers here on Flickr who have kindly shared their work and explained their process. It is a constant reminder that there is still so much to learn and so much more room for improvement.
