I am an immigrant, who moved to the United States not in search of the American dream, but in search of myself. I have made South Florida my home and my haven. I live with my wonderful husband, who is the apple of my eye, and our two dogs Danielle (native of Puerto Rico) and Shushu (100% American boy). I love to learn for the sake of learning and have a feverish passion for food.
