NASA is the official AMA Scale Special Interest Group (SIG) for scale aeromodeling. As such, NASA hosts the annual Academy of Model Aeronautics Scale National Championship. This is known as the NATS. The NATS is held each summer at the AMA National Flying Site in Muncie, Indiana – with the NASA membership hosting and running the event.

All AMA Scale classes for C/L and R/C are held during this event. Also, this is where the NASA annual business meeting is held, along with the NATS banquet. We invite you to come and hope to see you there!
