Widowed 67 years old and retired. Looking to start taking photos again, visiting France in June of 2019.

To my contacts and friends I apologize for not being active for the last year or so. I've had to deal with a myriad of personal issues, health and otherwise and am only now beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I hope to be out there taking photos again in the New Year (2012). I also have tentative plans to visit Europe again in the Fall, probably the South of France. In the meantime I hope to have more time to devote to all things Flickr.

If I add you as a contact it is obviously because I like your work and also because I think I can learn from you. I'm shooting with Nikon DX currently and eventually would like to move up to full frame FX.

Also, if you've read this far I need to explain some of my early photos here on Flickr. I'm talking mostly about the Amsterdam and Bruges large sets and also the Harrisburg Snowmageddon set. I posted these pretty much en masse and SOOC. This was before I learned that I shouldn't do that. At some point I intend to weed through them and take down the redundant ones and the not so good ones and reprocess those that I leave up. Thanks for reading this and I'll see you on Flickr.
