Dear Eurojam 2013 participants,

Your images can also be uploaded to the Eurojam 2013 Flickr site.

What you must do:

Select your best images; so not another picture of your tent or from the opening ceremony, but images of you and your new and old friends, blubbers and funny moments. Add, if necessary, to the name of the images some extra information: IMG_1234-John and iris in Ommen.

Send your images to us by using for instance with www.wetransfer.com to us: eurojam2013-photo@live.nl. You can put them in a zip-file, but this is not necessary.

You can also add small videos in any format, but they must not be longer than 90 seconds and not larger than 499 MB.

What we will do:

We will check your images if they are appropriate for viewing and are not compromising. We will then upload them to the Eurojam2013 Flickr site, tag them with your name and scouting group, and put them in one unique separate set with your personal name, group name and your personal email-address. Some images may be also placed in other sets. All the sets of participants will be in one collection indicated as “From Participants”.

What you can do:

After the images are on Flickr, anybody can view them, so also you grandmother and neighbour. When you also have your own personal Flickr-account, which does not have to contain any images, you can add to your images additional tags and make comments on your images, while others can also make comments on your images. You can also add your images to your own list of favourites.

At any time you can send us an email to ask us to remove your images again from our Flickr-site, if you no longer want your images on that site.
