I'm a all-round photographer (born in july 1957) from the Netherlands and i live in Beek, Montferland, province Gelderland since march 2025…before that i lived several tens of years in the city of Groningen.

It is mainly (99,9%) "just a hobby"!

I started this hobby somewhere around 1980 when i was a 23-year old student in Hengelo (city).

I've always used Canon equipment. The Canon AE-1 was the first one. Now ( autumn 2025) i use the Canon, R5, R5 mark ll and the R1…with several RF L zoom and prime- (35mm, 50mm and the 85mm) lenses.

Just a few photo's in my albums here on Flickr are made with an iPhone (4s, 6 or 7Plus, 10, 12 Pro Max, the iPhone 14 Pro Max and the 16 Pro Max).
