I'm a all-round photographer from Holland and i live in Groningen (city). It's mainly (99,9%) "just a hobby"!

I started this hobby somewhere around 1980 when i was a 23-year old student in Hengelo (city). I've always used Canon equipment. The Canon AE-1 was the first one. Now (summer 2015) i'm using the Canon 5D mark III and the Canon 7D mark II with several Canon L lenses.

Meanwhile we arrived in 2024 and I entered the mirrorless years…photographing for several years with the Canon R, R5 and R5 mark ll. I now use only RF L (5) lenses and one RF non-L lens.

Just a few photo's in my albums are made with an iPhone (4s, 6 or 7Plus, 10, 12 pro max and since 2023 the iPhone 14 Pro max).
