20 years young.
Currently enjoying life in Los Angeles, California.
Primarily portrait/event/wedding photographer.
Focused on the content of the medium, rather than the technicalities.
If you're anywhere near as a photophile as I am, you'll have heard of Annie Leibovitz.
Accordingly, photography isn't necessarily about shooting with full-frame DSLRs, expensive lenses, various flash, filters, light reflectors, and all that jazz.
While said equipment enhances the quality of the image, the essence of photography is capturing fleeting moments in time, essentially transforming transience to eternity.
And with the innovation of digital technology, cameras take form in point-n-shoot/compact types, DSLR types, cell phones, computers, and bring photography to an all new level, simply by increasing accessibility.
You know the saying "a photo is worth a thousand words?" Actually, way more.
Behind every photo is a story, behind every story is a collection of facts, memories of the place, people, sights, smells, sounds of the time.
When understood in the proper context, every photo enlightens us about our roots and origins, who we are, and where we're going.
Most of the photos seen on my photostream are DITL (Day In The Life), and represent the candid, raw, authentic qualities present in my often spontaneously selected subjects.
For as long as I can remember, human emotion always fascinated me.
How do you define happiness?
What does jealousy look like on a canvas?
If courage could be heard with the release of a shutter, what would it sound like?
To this day, I continue to explore, discover, investigate the complexities of being human and humanity, through the cathartic, endless pursuit of photography.
I don't have a lot, but I make a lot with the little I have.
