GIOVANNI INGINO - PHOTOGRAPHER

I was born in Milan, where I have been living for almost 460 thousand hours.

I started taking pictures at the age of 13 under the guidance of my father, quickly being able to establish a special relationship with photography. The passion for the shot not just as an end in itself, but as a moment of a unique and all-encompassing aesthetic experience, dialectical path towards the synthesis of perceptible horizon and manifestation of the unconscious, led me to develop an inner visual language leaning to the continued search of a universal beauty. However I am firmly aware that art belongs to the observer and is imposed on the objective reality stepping beyond the limits to reach the heart of the viewer.

I have won several photographic competitions, and I have taught as a lecturer at the "Fondazione Humaniter" in Milan. After my long dedication to street photography and portrait, I have lately been working with glamour and artistic nude photography, a field in which I work as a freelance photographer realizing personal projects through the collaboration of everyday people.

Sono nato e vivo a Milano da 460mila ore circa

Ho iniziato a fotografare all’età di 13 anni sotto la guida di mio padre, riuscendo ad instaurare subito un rapporto speciale con la fotografia. La passione per lo scatto non fine a se stesso, ma quale momento di una esperienza estetica unica e totalizzante, di un percorso dialettico verso la sintesi tra orizzonte percettibile ed epifania del’inconscio, mi ha portato a sviluppare un linguaggio visivo interiore proteso alla continua ricerca di una bellezza universale, pur sempre nella consapevolezza che l’arte appartiene a chi l’osserva e si impone sulla realtà oggettiva travalicandone i limiti per raggiungere il cuore dello spettatore.

Sono risultato vincitore di concorsi fotografici, e ho insegnato come docente presso la “Fondazione Humaniter” di Milano. Dopo essermi a lungo dedicato alla street photography e al ritratto, mi occupo ultimamente di fotografia glamour e di nudo artistico, settore nel quale opero come fotografo free-lance realizzando progetti personali attraverso la collaborazione di persone comuni.
