I make all my cakes at home on my own in Hampshire, UK. This started out when I wanted to learn how to royal ice a cake and joined a class where I learned how to make sugar roses and wired flowers instead! I did eventually have a lesson on how to royal ice a cake but it was several months later that I had my first request for a novelty cake. After that, I mainly made fun cakes and occasionally had requests for flowers. On my Facebook page I have put together some tutorials in my albums.
