It took me a long time to find my passion in life. I have always had a creative vein and used to draw and sketch a lot and were quite good at it according to others. I have been building furnitures and have quite a knack for interior design. But in the end nothing of these things could keep my interest.

Before 2014 I did not really know anything about photography! I started up this account in the mid 2013 but did not use it until the beginning of 2014.

The tipping point came when my son showed me pictures taken by Elena Shumilova from Russia. When I saw her pictures and how she used the natural light to create beautiful pictures my inspiration was born. To me photography is all about capturing the right light. No matter what you shoot it always looks beautiful or intriguing in the right light.

Since the beginning of 2014 my inspiration grew to passion and today I use almost all of my free time to develop my photography.

I love all about photography and even though you will see a lot of nature and landscape pictures in my stream I am really trying to become as good as it gets within all areas of photography such as: portrait, street, architecture, nature, landscape, sports, animals and so forth.

My second passion is travel and I have found that these two passions is really the perfect combination for me. So you will probably see a lot of travel pictures in my stream too.

I think Flickr is a very nice platform to use for showing my pictures and of course learning about photography by looking at all beautiful pictures here. It is also quite a nice way to find new friends. I am trying to keep up with my followers but I have also learned that I can´t really keep up with you all since the numbers is growing quite fast. When I started out two years ago I tried to follow all people who were following me! But that does not really work so I have decided to follow a manageable number of people that I can visit regularly.
