Street photography

When I was 10 I fell in love with street photography! I like the accidental 'found' moment, sometimes a compositional element not at first noticed, as much as the eagerly anticipated 'decisive' moment.

I'm also using Flickr to publish a selection of photos from my personal archives - randomly selected - occasionally grouped into themes such as view from the train, cloudscapes, sunrise & sunset, urban landscape...

In addition, now I have reached an age (60+) where I can look back with pride on the photographic record I have put together.

As a lifelong creative writer and street photographer, I am attempting to combine both talents by compiling an illustrated Journal of "moments in my life" using my original writings and photographs. This project may take me some years.
