My interest in Photography dates back to the early 1960's when I used to develop and print my own black and white photographs.I then progressed to taking colour prints and slides and like most people of my generation had boxes full of enprints and colour slides taken whilst on family holidays.Having taken early retirement in the late 90's, I renewed my interest in more creative photography after moving from film to Digital cameras and I joined Leicester Forest Photographic Society. I then started entering international photographic competitions and I obtained my EFIAP in photography in 2012.Since moving from Leicestershire in 2017 I am no longer a member of a club.I used Fujifilm mirrorless cameras and lenses until 2025 having previously used Pentax, Panasonic and Canon cameras but I have now sold my camera equipment and use just the iPhone which after 70 years of using a camera is a big change for me! I welcome and enjoy reading your comments about my pictures which I take purely for pleasure.I edit and enhance my images and try to ensure they look as good as they can before posting I would ask that you do not use any of my pictures without my permission.
