I am a professor and teach biology. As you might guess, I'm very interested in plants and animals. I have lots of different animals, from conventional, like horses, dogs and cats, to not so conventional, like sugar gliders and iguanas. I also enjoy sports, in particular basketball and tennis. I spend a lot of time outdoors, hiking, fishing and hunting. Plants are of particular interest to me right now. I like to write, which I do a lot of lately. I'm also musical, and play the piano, guitar and sing, though I don't do any of these very well. I really enjoy musical theater, and have been in many productions, from Cosi Fan Tutti to Pirates of Penzance to Oklahoma. I like to listen to all kinds of music, from classical to country, just depends on my mood. I love to take pictures, mainly of plants and animals and light.
