Born in Hull, UK, I moved to the Netherlands in 1975. I took up photography a few years ago after a long lapse and am a member of a local photo club. I have been privileged to travel a great deal (56 countries) but regret that I didn't have the photography bug at the time so have no (good) pictures of that time. I tended to photograph things which take my attention, regardless of what they are, rather than any particular subject matter. Recently I have developed an interest in street photography and am experimenting more and more with landscapes.
