New beginnings.

I let photography be for a while.

I always wanted the perfect image. New toys/tools. Best lenses and cameras. Nothing wrong with taking the perfect shot.

The internet is full of crap photos it hurts already.

I identified myself as amateur photographer.

Until i figured out that that is just an identity.

What makes a amateur photographer who shows very good images?

The attention to details.

There appears to be some force that drives us out

- in the middle of the night.

- in bad weather.

- in snow or rain.

- with heavy gear

We want to tell a story. Honestly most of the viewers don't get the story we want to tell.

Nothing wrong with that everyone has different feelings about an image.

That is good. If somebody spends enough time to get feelings about an image, this one is paying attention.

Not the face book one. one second is a lot already. Next, next, next.... swipe, swipe, swipe...

So we are storytellers? Yes! We tell stories about natures beauty. Our very planet Earth.... our mother who nurtures us!

We are able to even show the beauty of parts of the universe. Scientists talking about more then 100 billion galaxies!!!

We tell stories about the drama of live. The love of live. Stories about people.

Stories stories stories. And the damned audience does not get it! So frustrating.

The so called moment frozen in time. Framed and prepared carefully.

Can we freeze time? Conserve time? Stop time?

The moment we took the shot time continuous. The moment is past! History already. That is why we tell stories.

Every story is past already.

The news we see on TV is already olds. Past by and gone, forget about it. Don't hang on!

OK, back to photography.

What is beyond the story of the image? What if we could dive through the 2 dimensional image?

I have so many questions and so less answers.

And that is good. What we know already, we know already.

The more interesting part is what we don't know.

So lets ask!
