I have been doing photography since about 2009. Hiking in the Colorado Rockies that summer with a small Nikon point and shoot got me hooked on photography. Eventually I upgraded my camera and I am still learning and having fun with the craft. Thinking that I am about due for another camera upgrade! If and when I can afford it. I have worked as a carpenter most of my life. My dad was a contractor, designer and master carpenter. I sort of apprenticed with him and followed after his interests. I would have to say though I am not quite as diverse as he was. My interests other than photography are playing the piano, cycling, golf, skiing, reading and home design, building things with power tools. I am involved with my church, and I appreciate the performing arts.
