Artist Statement:

Art is an adventure.

Photography opens a door to new ways of seeing and sharing. As an artist, I live to travel in the great outdoors. While there’s no place like home, each new photo gives me a new place to live.

Many of my landscapes come from Ohio and include both representational and abstract work. I have a fondness for nature that often shows up in images of water, trees, and snow. Heightened color expresses my enthusiasm of being in the moment. Open space shows a wistful reaching for freedom toward the horizon and beyond.
