Creekside Business & Conference Center (CBCC), located in Creekside Commons just off of Centre St, is the only business center in the Southwest Michigan area. You no longer have to keep a full time assistant on staff or worry about payroll and benefits. CBCC offers office spaces for rent by the year or month to month! Available office spaces range from 100 to 204 square feet with prices starting at $550 per month.

Do you prefer to work from home, but still want to look professional with your clients? Try one of our virtual office packages and have access to all amenities including use of our prestigious address and or a professionally trained receptionist.

Conference Center:

With nine pristine meeting spaces, extraordinary reception area, and outstanding staff, CBCC is able to provide your company with a custom and convenient opportunity. With rooms ranging from 100 square feet to 940 square feet you can cover your every conference need. Rent conference space by the hour, half day, or day! Rates start at $35 per hour

With our conference space you have access to audio and visual hook up,white boards and projection screens to ensure that your presentation is perfect. We are also able to prepare a breakfast, snack, or beverage package for you and your clients and offer a long list of local caterers that we will schedule and set up especially for you.
