"I know I can always count on Cliff to leave something nice on my photos. In Philadelphia we have lost 6 Officers since 2006 and 4 in the last calender year. Every Officer was killed by a criminal that has had numerous arrests and in most cases didn't serve thier full sentence. In my position with the PPD I document and see death every day as a crime scene investigator but when it is your friends getting killed it wears on you.
