I mostly use a mixture of 35mm film and "full frame" digital cameras, with a preference for prime lenses. I have collected enough old photography equipment to last a lifetime. However I rarely carry more than 1 camera and 3 or 4 prime lenses plus a phone on a photo shoot.

I have started using film again after a pause of an around 10 years. All my films are lab developed and scanned using a digital camera.

Recently I have been shooting mostly black and white films and try to maintain my older equipment myself to keep overall costs down.
