1000 Londoners is the flagship project of Chocolate Films, a Social Enterprise film production company. We will release a brand new film per day for 1000 consecutive days at 1000londoners.com. Each of the 1000 films will be a 3 minute documentary that looks at one particular Londoner. The project seeks to encapsulate every aspect of London life in an objective, unbiased way and to become the world’s largest ever portrait of a city. Our only prerequisite is that subjects must in some way consider themselves Londoners. Be they a dyed in the wool cockney, a Londoner in exile or even an adopted Londoner.
