I am not great with words, but I completely agree with what Peter Elgar has said above. Although I have photographed backyard birds for a while now I still classify myself as a rookie. Trying to learn I have watched some videos and looked at images by Arthur Morris. Now Mr. Morris has certainly taken some wonderful images from exotic locations around the world, but I do not believe he has the upper hand on Robin. Robin's images are in my opinion world class as well, and I was surprised to read in one of his posts that bird photography is a hobby to him. I thought for sure he would have been making afull-time living from it. Certainly a huge inspiration to me. Also in many of his posts he describes how he "wanted to try something different". This tells me that he will only get better yet. My hat is off to him and look forward to following his progress.
