The Broadland Flood Alleviation Project (BFAP) is a 20-year programme of flood defence improvement and maintenance works within the Norfolk & Suffolk Broads. The project is being undertaken by Broadland Environmental Services Limited (BESL) on behalf of the Environment Agency.
