Although my interest in photography is relatively recent, I'm enjoying discovering Flickr photographers who's images appeal. There are certainly some very talented photographers on this site and so many more who willingly share such fascinating snippets of their lives. I'm also enjoying getting to know some of you, making some good friends in the process and above all, learning a lot.

On my pages, all the images have been taken by me. Those with people in them have been taken with the express permission of my subject(s) in most instances. Please respect my ownership of them. I really don't like finding them on other people's pages, blogs or websites without having had the courtesy to seek my permission. More importantly, for most of my subjects it could cause them a good deal of distress. So please, if an image of mine appeals, mark it as a 'favorite' rather than take it and upload it elsewhere.
