Feel free to share any stories/experiences you have had and what you enjoy about photography. For me, I like capturing all those special moments of family and friends, and the artistic value as well. It's limitless... I like crisp vibrant colors and crisp sharp lines with lots of detail. Sometimes I go a little (or a lot) darker for mood and effect.

I haven't had much experience with photo editing software but I am currently using Nikons Capture NX2 and I get amazing results. I feel Nikons software is a great set of editing and enhancement tools that compliments their cameras very well. Any other users of Capture NX2 out there that can give me more tips and tricks?
