Incursion of western culture and modern lifestyle will have the inevitable impact on the younger audience. It is likely that use of Gujarati will diminish as time goes by.

As the modern technology becomes more wide spread digital medium of communication will become the choice amongst the younger generation. Almost all of Jain literature that is currently in books, magazines, periodicals and is kept in libraries will not be used by the younger generation. Rushabh Creation was created in order to overcome this difficulty. The objective of Rushabh Creation was to make the literature, etc. (religious and cultural) available in electronic format which can be accessed on internet by electrical devices like computers, ipads, tablets, etc.

Rushabh Creation has been steadily working towards this objective since it was created in 2003. Raju Mehta has been actively involved in creating videos and audios on various topics connected to Jain religion and culture. In so doing he has been successful in his efforts to spread the Jain religion not only in India but the entire world, also increasing the awareness of Jain religion and its importance amongst Jain and non-Jains. This material will be an important source of information for future generations as well.

In order to preserve and spread Jain religion Raju Mehta has joined many social institutions, namely Jain Yuvak Mahasangha, Vardhman Sanskar Dham, Vardhman Parivar, Viniyog Parivar, Samast Mahajan, Jainam Parivar, Shri Jinkrupa Charitable Trust, Panjrapol Gaushala Pali, Sumeru Navkar Tirth Trust and Savarjanik Panjrapol MiaGam with a view to participating and actively contributing on a wide range of issues and topics.

In the fast-paced modern time people become driven primarily by financial motives and equate this to happiness. Today’s younger generation is highly educated look for logic in the teachings of Mahavir Bhagwan and inevitable asks for scientific explanations. To provide with explanations, Rushabh Creation has produced the play ‘Jain Shasan Ne Sarva Samarpan’. This play is primarily aimed for Jains but is accessible for all. The play helps understand the reasoning (scientific or religious) behind the Jain teaching/ preaching. To keep audience engrossed in the play, Raju Mehta has included celebrations of Jain religious festivals, historic landmark events – celebration of Tirthankar’s five auspicious events in their lives, looking after and caring for animals, etc. in dance format, LED Projection and short films presented in dialogue format, touching people’s hearts.

Through presenting this Gujarati play Raju Mehta has once again taken a step forward to spread Jain religion to all but more importantly to its important descendants.
