I am a mom of grown children and have been sewing for over 50 years (I started REALLY young). I have made and enjoy making children's clothing, first for my children and now my grandchildren. I have made clothing for myself and enjoy making quilts and gifts.

I am a member of the local chapter of the Smocking Arts Guild of America and I love smocking and heirloom sewing.

Teaching people to sew is one of my passions. I teach quilting classes at Chattanooga Quilts and I give private sewing lessons to people who want to learn to sew.
