Film photography is a return to the reality that we lost during the digital revolution. Like life, film is gritty, sometimes unforgiving and occasionally difficult. Film is like real life, digital is a glossed over TV show, devoid of all the character that makes life and images interesting.

I gravitate to strange film, expired film, and discontinued emulsions. I like to think of it as having a time machine, using an old camera with old film. Also, I'm a scrounge, and I can occasionally find expired film cheaper.
