I love making and decorating cakes I get lost in it and find it a form of relaxation :o), my family say I have cakes on brain all the time and don't get a lot of sense out of me when am l lost in cake decorating :o)

I have worked in catering for the last 24 years as a cook but making and decorating is something I wish I had it done years ago over the years I have said many times I would love to learn cake decorating but had been put of by the cost and having the time to do it, but after leaving my job a couple 18 months ago I decided to do it so I joined a course and after this I did a business course and then start my own business,
