This is hard to do – at least for me. I worked in Huntsville, AL, on the cutting edge of obsolescence. I was married to a fine, gray haired little old grandmother and we have 4 children, two girls and two boys. Currently we have ten grandchildren.

I have three main hobbies, obviously photography is one. I sometimes dabble in astronomy, but the telescope has not been out of the closet for a number of years now. Ham radio is another pursuit, pounding brass in the bottom of the amateur bands - mostly 40M, but the radio has been gathering dust for a while, but I am putting up an antenna to give that a go again. The radio is down for repair right now. Wish me luck.

I live about 30 miles north of Huntsville, Alabama, about 7 miles inside of Tennessee, on a dead end street in a sub-division. Our back yard fence separates us from a pasture. The pasture is currently occupied by a horse that thought that my wife was the greatest human alive – Come to think of it, animals are pretty smart about humans.
