Peregrinus (wandering) Hobbit.

Retired postman, I enjoyed cycling as far as Wales with my Nikon FM2, alas now due to age I don't go as far but enjoy day walks and trips with my wife Vicky and two good friends from the gym - Diane and Dave. My wife can't walk as far now so she is not seen on many images. I walk everywhere sometimes over 50,000 steps a day with my digital SLR, love exploring and taking images of anything of interest. I have a large archive of negatives going back to the early 80's from when I worked in shipping, I'm scanning these negatives which are mainly of ships in the Port of Liverpool. A task that will keep me busy for a long time.

Photography is one of my hobbies that contributes to a fulfilling life, love wandering around Liverpool city centre taking photographs plus walking Lancashire, Yorkshire and Wales, so much to do and see.
