I started photography years ago borrowing my dad's old Nikon F he bought in Egypt while he was serving in the Canadian Army before I was born.

I even experienced processing my black and white photos in high school. This was really exciting time and "genuine" photography I think. Really hands on!

I resumed photography some time ago with the new technology and I have found the passion again.

Capturing moments of life which can be shared within seconds after pushing on the shutter button anywhere in the world is fascinating.

My subjects are diverse as for me photography is all about emotions and memories.

I'm still learning how to get the most out of my "intimidating" camera as the possibilities are almost endless. This doesn't come without frustration at times but who says that getting the right shot is easy?

I also enjoy very much looking at others' pictures. It is part of my learning process: composition, aperture, ISO, shutter speed, etc.
