I'm a lifelong photographer, starting in the very early 70's with a Nikon F Photomic Tn film SLR camera, a real classic. Also a Pentax S1a.

I have held onto three or four Nikon film SLRs but never use them. Most of the old lenses are still useable although maybe only as manual

My first DSLR was a D50.

For travelling a little lighter I use a Panasonic Lumix DMX-GX8 with LUMIX G VARIO 14-42mm / F3.5-5.6 ASPH. / MEGA O.I.S. or LUMIX G VARIO 14-140/F3.5-5.6, I also own in the lumix range, a Lumix G Vario 100-300 F4-5.6 MEGA O.I.S. lens.

For really light travelling or more casual shooting, a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 M3.
