I'm a California girl and frequent international traveler with an incurable Canon habit that started in Jakarta, Indonesia with my Rebel 2000. (I was convinced APS would be the next big thing, not the next Betamax. Alas.) In college, film and developing got too expensive, and I couldn't afford a digital back, so I had almost a 10-year hiatus from photography.

I'm finally back at it in digital, first with a 60D for my Japan honeymoon in 2011 and now a 5D Mark III and a collection of pure Canon glass. Most of my travel photos are on Smugmug, but I joined Flickr for the community.
