We are located in beautiful Dunedin, Florida. Our city is very proud of our past, present and future. We love to celebrate our Scottish founders and current multicultural community. Our middle school, high school and city bands all include Scottish bagpipes, drummers and dancers and wear full Scottish highland military kilted dress. Even our youngest children in Dunedin study the highland arts in the elementary schools practicing beginning piping and dancing.

This website is dedicated to Dunedin High School Scottish Highlander Band and the kids, staff and volunteers that work so hard to make it a success. You will find pictures here from all Highland bands in our community because each band works closely with the others in order to create a continuous and harmonious platform for our musicians to share their talents. Please visit our site often and feel free to add pictures that reflect the spirit of our bands. **On a personal note: as you explore our Photostream you may notice that there is an over abundance of pictures of one particular kid and/or what seems like personal pictures that don't belong in the stream. That one kid happens to be the child of this photographer and that is just what happens by default. The personal pictures are all related to the activities of the band. I happen to like to also take pics of what is happening around us at the band events or of my other family in attendance so those pictures are stuck in the same files and they get stuck in the Photostream because it takes too long to delete them all. Once again, it happens by default. :)
