SR sees beauty in the things most of us miss...simple things... I love to look at his stream and I tend to not look at his photos just once, but revisit time and again...a rarity in my otherwise busy flickr-living! He really makes you stop to smell the rust, and I love it!

Steve has a great eye for composition and detail. I love his abstracts. Many times we have been out shooting together and he comes back with things I didn't see. He inspires me to slow down and pay closer attention. He is also my brother, a great friend, confidant and traveling companion.

Stephen Reed is my big brother and he and my other big brother ,David Reed,gave me a camera for Christmas. They are both good photographers and want me to be one too.
