I am very comfortable living the duality that we all share. I have come to the place where I feel more confident embracing my shortcomings along with my triumphs, and am beginning to discover the beauty in self-acceptance. I am a mother. I am a daughter. a sister. a friend. a singer, guitarist and an aspiring artist My tribe consists of a diverse group of incredible people, and I am immensely blessed to know the love and support of each and every one. It is amongst this group of shining stars that I first began to understand the importance of applauding the mistakes of others as well as my own, for it is through error that we begin to walk the Good Red Road completely with our intent in cahoots with our word. I am honored to know unconditional love for it is the energy within all things and the essence of all things, The nucleus of this energy is what I consider God. My photographic forte is what friends affectionately have dubbed "Rebecca's shadow-play" and as it says in my artists bio, my first experience with the shadows occurred during a show down with a screen door at sundown.. *cue western gun slinger music* I have been stalked, mocked and walked all over....and through it all I have realized that I am a survivor.
