In 2012 Raymond Charles Morrison Photography started trading in Freelance Photography, since then he has adjusted his prices accordingly to accommodate single people and the unemployed. As a sole trader for the first part of his business, it is important to him know that his clients are happy with his work and that you will pass on to your friends a recommendation.

Before starting his business in January 2012, he was unemployed for 6 months after finishing his 2 year HND photographic course at Swindon College before that, he attended a one year Art and Design Diploma course of which he past with a merit.

This is not the first time that Raymond has held a camera, in fact it was while working many years ago way back in 1973 for a camera shop in Hove along the Sussex coast. From there he was able to work in the shop dark room developing and printing the customers film.

He believes that each and every photographer should have his or own style of working, yet this business is getting harder each and every day with the advent of mobile phone cameras and the compact camera taking with applications such as Photoshop to enhance the image.

From the very first time that he held a camera and captured his first image on film to this present day, it still amazes him.

It became more than just a hobby to me but rather a way of expressing my emotions and feelings by capturing subjects of stature and compassion to enhance the image.

Once I started photographing landscape, I discovered a wide open space that was not only around me but inside my soul, thus giving me a degree of darkness and emotion in my landscape photography.

Who does the portrait picture speak to and what are the first impressions that are given to the viewer?
