Hello All!

I've been taking photos since I was a child & have used a wide variety of cameras. I currently use a Canon 7D. My favorite lenses are Tamron 90mm F/2.8 Macro 272E and Tamron 200-500mm F/5-6.3 IF.

Old photos have been scanned in & may not have the quality of the digital but I wanted to share them non-the-less.

Most of my photos have little or no adjustments made to them. I only adjust the settings to the RAW shot. I don't bother with Photoshop anymore. Some older photos have been adjusted when I was interested in photo manipulation.

I love sharp colors & tight crops & I'm a huge fan of beauty that is naturally found in the world. I rarely pose anything. I am more interested in recording my life and the amazing things that I see than worrying about every pixel. Photography should not be stressful! Let us share and enjoy - not be snotty or judgmental.

I love checking out the photo groups but am not very good at following all of the rules the groups have. This is supposed to be fun & if I have to keep a notebook of which groups want me to post 1 photo then comment on 8 with the html tag & then leave 4 awards – forget it. That’s way to much work! If you comment on my photos I will take a look at yours. It’s as simple as that.

I really do love to check out everyone's great work. So far I've made some fun friends & it's always exciting to see the new work that all of you are doing so let us share & enjoy!
