I am originally German born in 1961(Coburg Franconia), but home is Brisbane Australia for the last 25 years, with the exception of 3 years in the UK from 2007 to 2010.

When we lived in Tring Hertfordshire England, I got bitten by the photography bug and haven’t looked back since.

Other hobbies are scuba diving and travelling.

The bucket list gets longer every day.

I don't have time to comment on all the amazing pictures many of you are sharing.

So please don't be disappointed if I don't always comment. There is just not enough time in the day.

One more thing, generally speaking, I don’t like lots of award codes all over my photos. I rather have 5 comments that say something that 100 awards and logos which say nothing about the image and only promote the group.
