I love to take pictures. I think that pictures are more than just frozen bits of life. I think that they can be impossible views of the world. A night shot with 30 seconds of exposure captures things that they eye sees differently. A shallow DOF picture of a bird or bee or flower is a different image than what I see with my eyes.

Apparently I have been a flickr member since 19 Sep 06, 4.55PM EDT. I had posted a few pictures to see how it all worked and then never came back. A few months ago I started posting to picasaweb using Google's Picasa application. As web surfing goes, I somehow found my way to flickr and it asked me for a password. The username was already filled in, so I tried an old password and found those pictures posted so long ago. They all still had zero views. Talk about unpopular. So, I decided to delete those pictures and start again. I want to post at least 1, but no more than 5 pictures every day.
