I love to travel. When I am home I am always dreaming of and scouting out the next destination, which is how I found myself on Flickr.

I only like to read history books and atlases but most of all I love travel books. I like to look at the images of far away places and imagine what it would be like to be there.

In school my favorite subject was world geography - I memorized all the world’s capitals. That does not do a bit of good unless you are planning a career at the UN.

I admire intelligence and detest pompousness and self-importance. I think the world would be a much nicer place if people did not take themselves and their stuff so seriously.

I don’t like hard rock and in my head I am always singing the old Neapolitan classics I grew up hearing my father sing. Their melody has set the cadence of my life.

I grew up in Italy and now live in the US.
