I was born in Kolkata, the cultural capital of India. I left home at a young age to study architecture in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Photographing and documenting urban settings and architecture was part of our curriculum and it stuck with me. I moved to Houston, TX, USA for a master’s degree and so did my passion. In my earlier days as a beginner I did some street and nature photography. Lately I am exploring the vast expanse of long exposure and night photography along with portraiture. My profession as a designer allows me to move around with my camera and brings me to great locations for shoots. My passion to travel pushes me to expand my horizon and look into various forms of photography.
