Drag to set position!
I used to color neatly within the lines
That are pre-drawn in bold black ink
To control the creativeness in peoples minds
Color skin in peach, boys in blue, girls in pink
Numbers one though nine for all the kinds
So you dont even have to think
But today, an object outside caught my eye
Making my thoughts drift into daydreams
And outside of the lines my colors did fly
To the empty space where nothings as it seems
And everything they pre-drew was a lie
More colors than yellow make up the sun beams
So I take my colors, and explore around
Not caring about the black that kept me confined
My mind started to open, my imagination unbound
My heart beat stronger and my eyes shined
Through this coloring book, life lessons I have found
To live freely with an open mind
And color outside the lines
