Interests in travel and photography. I am most experienced with landscape and macro/closeups. Gaining experience with street, architectural and portraiture, and I would also like to shoot more images in panoramic format.

Languages spoken (and/or comprehended): English, Deutsch, Francais (un petit peu), Italiano (piccolo), Español/Castellano (poco), Chinese.

My current camera gear is as follows:

Primary cameras:

Mamiya 7II rangefinder - 80mm, *65mm*, 43mm lenses

*65mm* is currently my most-used lens.

Canon 7D -- Portraiture (nature, street) and/or closeup/macro shots,. For wide-angle and normal shots, I will still use my Mamiya 7 II or try making shots with the Horseman as it has the widest angle lens in my inventory.

Currently trying out the Fuji X-Pro 1 as a lightweight rangefinder-style travel compact.

Secondary cameras:

Got a used Horseman 612 Medium Format-Panoramic camera with a 65mm (104 angle of view) Rodenstock lens. Produces images close to the 2:1 panoramic format.

I also seem to have a knack/interest in working with vintage or old film cameras.

Canon R2000 (1963). One of the very first Canon SLRs. No light meter, battery, and a film advance lever located on the bottom of the camera.

Canon EOS3 with 24-70L, 100 mm Macro , 300mm telephoto lenses, 1.4x extender.

Previously used lenses: 75-300mm IS, 24-85mm

Canon A650IS point-and-shoot. Use as a backup when I run out of med-format film.

Previous cameras:

Bronica S2A (early 1970's) -- 75mm lens, received from friend who was going 100% digital and unloading (for free) his med-format gear. The winder is now broken and I cannot find a replacement part.

Canon 40D (-- secondary body for digital shoots)

Canon EOS Elan II

Canon Rebel X

Canon AE1

Canon A640 point-and-shoot

Olympus 8MP-wide angle

Nikon Lite-touch 28mm point-and-shoot (great and reliable snapshot camera)
