Kind of starting all over, again. Not just my Flickr, but my life.

I'm a chef, writer, artist, animal lover and American Gypsy. But here I'm just an amateur photographer with dreams of becoming a pro.

I currently live in the DC metro area and travel on occasion. Last year, I bought my first DSLR. And found out I'm not very good without my point and shoot. LOL So, here we go. Learning all over, again.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with Lupus and I'm still fighting it. I've been off and on chemo and other meds. It makes life and working very hard. I've lost a lot and I'm still going strong. Or trying. Photography is my main outlet. I can share myself and get out of myself.
