I happened upon this work by accident as is the case usually on Flickr and I found myself making every image in the "Poverty" set a favorite. I am blown away at the depth and eye of this photographer. He has a razor lens that cuts to the quick of his subjects. I too show no mercy in capturing what i see but I could not get the shots this fellow does. I was fascinated, horrified, mesmerized, and overwhelmed . This series of images dances across the line between photography and painting. Xavier would be wise to consider creating a book . I am so fortunate to have discovered this talent. many times I feel like a pig trolling for truffles in the wasteland of Flickr. There are amazing things but one has to be willing to look amongst the butterfly and flower and travel snapshots to uncover these gifts. To continue would be tedious and redundant. bob fischer photomeister

How can I ever forget Prof. Xavier =D The very first person I've EB since I came back from US training to start my photography hobby. Very accomodating and down to earth. I'm having a hard time convincing him to shoot gorgeous and lovely ladies... the only models he loves and enjoys shooting are the street kids... street people. He shows us what reality is... through his lens. Guys, if you ever feel and/or inclined with street people. You may contribute for articles which Xavier and friends have decided to start. taongkalye.blogsp...
