“I see, I shoot, I love”

I'm an amateur photographer from Belfast. I've achieved my Licentiateship with the Irish Photographic Association (IPF). I was also recognised for my services to photography by the Northern Ireland Photographic Association (NIPA). I've been a member of two camera clubs in Belfast - Belfast Photo Imaging Club (BPIC) and recently, Catchlight. Some great friends have been made through the clubs.

My favourite part of the world is Ireland, my home, and particularly Co Kerry - just a pity rain didn't stop play so often :) I shoot anything but I'm happiest shooting architecture, flowers, and churches - an eclectic mix!

Kit-wise I use a Nikon Z8 and an iPhone 17 Pro Max.

This site is really for me and for my kids down the years - it's not for the likes! I'm hoping my kids might appreciate that I did have a little bit of artistic flair even if I'm rubbish at drawing! Remember, that like a photograph, you're the energy, the light, and the magic in someone's world - and they are mine.
